Mombattiya was founded in 2024 by Nisha Kaur, inspired by her love for handmade artistry and the desire to bring warmth and calm to everyday life. Living in the vibrant cities of Chandigarh and Mohali, she saw a need for beautifully crafted candles that not only light up a space but also create a serene atmosphere without harsh chemicals or overwhelming scents.

Recognizing a gap in the market for sustainable, ethically made candles with subtle fragrances and artistic designs, she set out to create a brand that celebrates the art of candle making while prioritizing wellness and eco-conscious choices.
